Beginning Driver Course

Licensing Regulations:

Must be 15 years 6 months to test for a "Virginia DMV Learners Permit".

Must hold a valid "Virignia Learners Permit" for 9 months.

Must be minimum age of 16 years and 3 months.

Have passed both a behind the wheel, and classroom curriculum approved by the DMV of Virginia.
